Through our Linden Livestock Schemes we source traditional Irish breeds such as Aberdeen Angus, Hereford – Humanely Raised, Sustainably Farmed, Uncompromising. After selecting the finest raw material possible, we carefully mature the meat for the optimum time for each cut to ensure that the ageing process occurs naturally in the muscle tissue resulting in meat at its most tender and flavoursome.
